About This File

I've been running this PUBG profile for months now and I'm very comfortable with it. I guess the main goal was to minimise panic keyboard presses but I ended up having more fun in-game with everything bound to the mouse. Once you get used to it and make it your own, the enjoyment level increases 10 fold

The only things I've got bound to the keyboard that I use are:

 Crouch - C | Prone - X | Interact - F | Reload - R | Unarm - Q | Toggle Fire Rate - E.

A few quick mentions about the other bindings that you'll either have to change in-game or tweak the .SPCF:

 Peek Left - num4 | Peek Right - num6 | Meds - 0, 7, 8, 9 (see below) | Grenades - num7, num8, num9, num5 (see below) | Hold breathe - H

I like having unarm (cancel reload/grenade) and toggle fire rate close to WASD, so I had to rebind peek elsewhere. The Quick Grenades and Quick Stuns function on the mouse are a tonne of fun to roll in-game. You can easily set up the stun grenade to cook on deep-click as well (vibrate once /sec to three seconds max) if you like.. much like the grenade rumble ticks, however with the short fuse on stuns already it often leads to blinding yourself 😂 So I'd rather not allow myself the opportunity

It took some tweaking to get the Auto-ADS working on the top and bottom thumb buttons as the wait commands needed to be set perfectly with the cast animations of your character. Sort of inspired by PUBG mobile where there's an option to auto-ADS when peeking, when I set it up I thought it'd be rubbish on PC but once I started using it, I couldn't bring myself to scratch it off the profile

PUBGs settings allow for loads of customisation with multiple toggle and hold functions on different actions.. What they don't allow is for inventory to be set as a hold, so the way I've got this setup in this profile is awesome. Pressing right trigger on the mouse taps "i" and releasing right trigger taps "i" - essentially turning an in-game toggle function into a hold function via the driver. The DPI is also set to 3000+ on right trigger push (Hold) so you can loot with the best (and die like the rest). Adjust this to your liking!

I also hate their loot management system. Even after the latest patch where they introduced a slider for dropping ammo and med stacks, with a bit of experimenting I got it to where I can auto-drop stacks of 30 (ammo) and individual items such as meds, grenades etc. I found this really helpful in squads or duos when you need to make quick, on-the-fly drops for teammates or even solos.. trying to manage your bag space

I did have peek set to tilt left and right but its just to sensitive for my liking.

Anyway, enjoy! Chop and change what you like but give it a good go and let me know what you think. It does take some time getting used to, like all rebinds, but once the muscle memory kicks in it's a blast

@Munkie Thanks man. I've tried to use their new grenades/meds icon wheel implemented a few patches ago and it doesn't compare to pushing/pulling a trigger and moving the mouse.

It just works. The quick grenades can occasionally get funky if the animation cycle doesn't complete before deep clicking (R | cook) but it's just timing on the wait commands. Same with the alt + drag / Text string input + enter combo. That has a pretty high fail rate but I think its the game, not the driver.

All things aside I still suck at the game lol, and their netcode/matchmaking is still wonky! but its a lot more enjoyable now

@Priimate Hey, great profile, thanks. I am having difficulty getting the cook grenade function to work, quick grenade never cooks it. Also to get ADS to work I have to tap and release RMB then press and hold RMB if I just press and hold it does nothing. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? (I assume there is some in game setting I am missing)

Hi elethiomell

I'm in training grounds now just testing out the grenades and it does indeed work, there's two functions inside the left fingertip button; There's a regular press (Quick grenade) and a 10% deep-click which cooks. Are you pressing down harder on the fingertip button? You'll find you have to normal press LFB until the animation completely casts (when your players hand swings back towards the camera and then stops) and then from the pressed state, following through into the deep-click now starts to cook the grenade 😊

There's a way to adjust that (the wait time in between |Numpad 7| and |R| inside of the deep-click) but I remember getting inconsistent results and found it better to have a two-stage button press/action.

As for ADS, I believe it's in settings>gameplay, under Aim and ADS. The profile is set up though to be universal between third and first person and was crafted around the settings being set to HOLD and HOLD. Its common in TPP to doubleclick + hold RMB into ADS, so that just letting go of RMB pulls you out of ADS instead of clicking into and out of it. That also allows a normal click and hold that pulls you into over-the-shoulder aim (Good for peeking with laser sights, s12k etc)

@Priimate Hi, thanks for your detailed explanation, very kind.

I was indeed deep clicking the fingertip button straight off, I didn't realise I needed to do two stages, thanks for clearing that up. Before I read your message I did some experimenting and found that by setting "wait" to 1.5 seconds it worked but now I shall try your suggestion.

I play exclusively in FPP (Just don't get on with TPP shooters) so that explains that too. I did find that by setting the right click command to press and hold it worked as a one click action. changing "toggle" and "hold" in game seemed to have no effect.

Nice profile. I think what I like most is the DPI settings. Hopefully it will stop me from spazing out in gun fights :D . In response to the other comments above about the grenade cooking thing, I found there was a missing left click command that was preventing it from working properly. If you add a Mouse Click, 1 (Left Click), Press and move it to #2 in the string it works perfectly.

This is an absolutely epic profile and makes the cost of this mouse worth every penny. Would love to see an update but even without one it's got everything you need to get your own setup working.

Thanks for sharing this, man!
