  1. FYI. The issue is fixed. Per instructions from help desk, I used a computer via the control panel app to continue the firmware update process.
  2. Hi all I tried to update the firmware via ipad but it failed with the following error: "Failed to write bootloader: Control write failed during 'Start DFU' stage. Please try again." Then I attempted a few times but wasn't successful. All failed with the exact same error. I removed propoint from my ipad bluetooth list and thought I would start over but now the mouse is stuck with a solid orange/red(?) led light. I tried to reset it, (hold first 2 buttons and then switch from off to on), but it just won't reset. Anyone encountered this before? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
